So there comes a time when every band gets to this point... a greatest hits album. Well... since we don't have any hits, I thought I'd record songs that were hits. Or songs that were hits to me.
My writing process includes recording covers and learning from my favorite artists and taking what I've learned and putting them in my own music. A lot of covers I do aren't really intended to be heard and are just exercises for me to learn recording techniques. While cleaning up the Cherry Blossoms vault, I discovered around 30 cover songs that I recorded and forgot about. I figured I'd pick a few of them and share them with you. I'll eventually share all of it, hence "vol. 1", but I figured I'd share them the next time I have writer's block. Anyways, I hope you find this album amusing somehow. I hope everyone's doing okay out there. I can't wait until it's safe to rock out again. Until then stay safe. Stay healthy. Check on your mental health. Peace and love.
